About Kyle

Kyle K. Hardy has joined The Eichholz Law Firm as an associate attorney. His experience as a paramedic and EMS instructor/EMT, along with his fluency in Spanish, brings a unique perspective to personal injury law. Hardy graduated from UCLA with a biology degree and earned a Dean’s Honors List distinction during pre-med studies. He completed EMT-Basic, Wilderness EMT, and phlebotomy training at the UCLA Center for Prehospital Care, later becoming a senior clinical instructor. He is an honors graduate of Savannah Law School, where he received a merit scholarship and earned four CALI awards. Hardy is fluent in Spanish and completed law school coursework entirely in Spanish while studying in Chile. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2018. Prior to joining The Eichholz Law Firm, Hardy worked as a Spanish review attorney for an international law firm in Houston and previously defended insurance companies for a regional firm in Atlanta, also supervising an office branch for a plaintiff personal injury firm.
