Frank Lynch is a plaintiffs’ personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney with unique depth and experience in litigation. He graduated from SIU School of Law in 1983. He previously worked as a litigator for an insurance defense firm and later became a partner at Heyl, Royster, Voelker and Allen. In 1997, he co-founded a Plaintiffs’ Litigation and Tort practice. A member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute, he has secured numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements, including the highest jury verdict in Sangamon County history. He has been recognized as an Illinois Leading Lawyer, Illinois Super Lawyer, and a top lawyer in Illinois by Chicago Lawyer. He holds the highest peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a Barrister of the Lincoln/Douglas Inn of Court. Frank is also active in community service, having served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Central Illinois, as Volunteer of the Year for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education in 2014, and the Springfield Good as Gold Distinguished Volunteer of the Year in 2016.
