About Frank
Frank Stucki, Esq., MBA, is a partner at Eglet Law known for his remarkable courtroom record, unwavering commitment to clients, and reputation for combining compassion with tenacity. At Eglet Law, Frank focuses on what he does best-trying cases in the courtroom. He brings his experience, storytelling ability, and relentless advocacy to juries across Nevada and beyond, ensuring that clients receive not only justice, but a voice. Unlike most attorneys who advertise their total recoveries, Frank shares only one number: two. He has lost just two trials in his career-his very first, a year after passing the bar, and another in 2022. After that first loss, his client quietly handed him a bag of Cheez-Its from a vending machine, a simple act of gratitude that Frank has never forgotten. That moment cemented his lifelong loyalty to clients. The 2022 loss became a turning point, inspiring Frank to dedicate himself to addressing depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicide within the legal profession. He is now co-authoring a book and producing a podcast with leading trial lawyers to support colleagues facing professional setbacks. Frank’s dedication and work ethic are reflected in his academic and professional achievements. He graduated from Utah Valley University at 22, earned his law degree from California Western School of Law at 24, and at 25 became the youngest attorney in Nevada’s history to be licensed in four states simultaneously (NV, CA, WA, and UT). At 28, he completed his MBA at Suffolk University. His work has earned repeated recognition, including Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers (2014-2024), Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine (2015-2024), and lifetime membership in both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (2014) and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum (2022), distinctions held by fewer than 0.5% of U.S. attorneys. Since beginning practice in 2012, he has secured 34 seven-figure settlements for clients. Frank is known for his rare combination of genuine, compassionate relationships with clients and colleagues, paired with an aggressive, results-driven litigation style. Before joining Eglet Law, his practice thrived almost entirely on referrals from past clients, fellow attorneys, insurance adjusters, and judges-a testament to the trust he has earned across the legal community. He is licensed and actively litigates in Nevada, California, Washington, and Utah. Frank is also an active member of the Utah Association for Justice, Nevada Justice Association, Washington State Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. In addition, he serves as an editor for Trial Guides Publishing, which produces books, seminars, and resources that help trial lawyers tell their clients’ stories more effectively at trial. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Frank also calls Utah County, San Diego, and Seattle his home. An Eagle Scout and devoted father of Calvin (9) and Georgia (7), he spends his free time exploring tide pools with his children, traveling for concerts, or reading/writing in his favorite chair at home.
