About Nathaniel

Nathaniel joined Eglet Law in August 2025 as an associate attorney, bringing with him a strong background in strategic litigation and dispute resolution. A Las Vegas native, Nathaniel is an alumnus of both the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, he focused on studies that emphasized taking complex cases to trial, including elimination round appearances in the Clark County Bar Association Moot Court Competition and the Nevada Justice Association Mock Trial Competition. Nathaniel was a board member of the Nevada Justice Association student chapter and qualified for the National Trial Team in the Society of Advocates, competing nationally against top law schools. After graduating, Nathaniel spent the first five years of his career working in complex commercial litigation. The subject areas of his experience included contract disputes, corporate litigation, fraud, construction, healthcare, and insurance coverage. He routinely participated in complex motion practice, depositions, discovery disputes, and trials. Nathaniel uses his experience working with large business clients to provide a unique perspective on strategy and likely outcomes, enabling him to assist his clients in resolving their claims through mediation, arbitration, or trial. Driven by a desire to help individuals navigate complex legal challenges, he transitioned into personal injury law to advocate for those who might otherwise be at a disadvantage when facing well-equipped insurance companies or corporations. Nathaniel takes pride in finding creative solutions to achieve the most efficient and favorable resolutions possible. Nathaniel is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and the Anti-Defamation League Associates Board. He also volunteers regularly with the Boyd School of Law, fundraising for the school’s foundation through the alumni board and serving as a judge for moot court and trial advocacy competitions. Nathaniel has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers and Top Rank Attorneys as a Rising Star. When he is not working, Nathaniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, and their two dogs, Koda and Pepper.
