About Frederick
Frederick E. Gerson is a member of the New Jersey Bar. He received his B.A. from Tulane University in 1983 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986. His practice consists of a wide variety of litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury, employment law and administrative actions, including matters relating to the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. He has several reported cases and extensive experience handling appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit.
