About Kathy

Kathy Karas-Pasciucco is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars. She received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Montclair State University, where she was elected to Phi Kappa Phi, and received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; a member of the North Jersey Collaborative Law Group; approved to conduct Family & Divorce Mediation, sat on the Early Settlement Panel in the Superior Court, Passaic County, and presently sits on the Family Division and the Early Settlement Panel in Bergen County. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in December 2006. A good part of her practice is devoted to divorce and family law issues, helping clients navigate through this difficult process and focusing heavily on the well-being of the children of the marriage. She also reviews and prepares prenuptial agreements.
