About Gary

Gary M. Clexton is an attorney at Miller & Steiert PC. He was recognized by Jefferson County Mediation Services as the Workplace Mediator of the Year for 2014. Gary conducts private mediation in civil disputes, including probate and estate cases, and serves as an independent investigator finder of fact. He lectures frequently on litigation and employment issues and is a Personnel Hearing Officer for the Jefferson County Department of Human Resources. He has been an AV rated attorney for over 10 years and in 2012 was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer in employment law. He volunteered with Special Olympics of Colorado at Copper Mountain for 4 years, helping with Winter Games.
