Gino M. Alia is an experienced trial attorney, whose practice focus is in the areas of Personal Injury and Business Litigation. His commitment to thorough preparation and hard work, coupled with his established trial skills have allowed him to be one of the few attorneys able to successfully represent both plaintiffs and defendants in complex injury and commercial cases. Gino has been lead counsel in over 60 jury trials, 100s of mediations and arbitrations, and is one of the few Wisconsin attorneys to have obtained a jury verdict in excess of $1 million. Over his career, he has obtained multiple million-dollar settlements. In addition to maximizing the recovery for the individuals and families he represents, Gino is also retained by large corporations to minimize their exposure in disputed cases. He has successfully defended cases that others thought couldn’t be won. Cases he handles include: wrongful death; product liability; elevator/escalator accident; construction equipment collapse; lemon law; construction defects; and partnership/business litigation.
