About Matthew

Matthew J. Richer represents clients in personal injury cases and commercial litigation. Matt is a lifelong resident of Kenosha. He graduated from Kenosha Bradford High School and Carthage College. Matt graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2017. While in law school, he served as an intern with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. Matt was named to the Dean’s List multiple times, and earned the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Brief Writing. He was also a Staff Editor for the Marquette Welfare and Social Benefits Law Review, and was inducted to the Marquette Pro Bono Honor Society for his volunteer work in the Milwaukee Community. Matt is admitted to practice law in all counties in the the State of Wisconsin, and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the Wisconsin Defense Council, and the Kenosha County Bar Association. Matt is also serving his country as a member of the Army Reserves, and is a First Lieutenant in the Army Judge Advocate Corp.
