Gregory P. McGuckin joined the firm in 1988 and became a Partner in 1996. He represents various governmental entities throughout New Jersey. His practice areas include civil litigation, land use and zoning, residential and commercial real estate, and estate planning. He serves as Trustee with the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District IIIA Ethics Committee. Mr. McGuckin is also a State Assemblyman representing New Jersey’s 10th Legislative District. He served a Judicial Clerkship for Judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage from 1987-1988. He is Vice President of The CSM Robert Gallagher Charitable Foundation, a former Toms River Township Councilman and Council President, and a member of the American Bar Association and Ocean County Bar Association.
