About Howard

Howard Brown practices Indian law, business law, employment law, and school law. He also serves as a workplace investigator, workplace trainer, and hearing officer. Howard serves a broad range of clients including individuals, businesses, non-profit corporations, health care providers, schools, and Tribal entities and organizations throughout Arizona and Indian Country. Before entering private practice in 2000, Howard served as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of New Hampshire (1997-1999) and the Navajo Nation Supreme Court (1996, 1999). He has taught and lectured on a variety of topics including employment law, Navajo law, conducting workplace investigations and hearings, ethics for elected officials, and leadership for board members.
