About Ian

Ian Taylor represents motor carriers in accident litigation, working closely with clients to prepare each case for trial. He is part of Moseley Marcinak’s Emergency Response Team, responding to accident scenes across South Carolina. Before joining the firm, he practiced civil litigation and insurance defense. Ian served as law clerk to Judge J. Derham Cole in South Carolina’s Seventh Judicial Circuit. He attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, participating in the Veteran’s Legal Clinic, and The Citadel, where he was a member of the Honor Court.
