John Dempsey is a transportation attorney assisting clients in general commercial litigation with an emphasis on towing disputes and business litigation. John also represents transportation companies in accident litigation. With more than three decades of legal expertise, John brings a wide range of knowledge to Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP. Prior to working at a South Carolina insurance defense firm for the past four years, John successfully owned and operated a private practice in Flemington, New Jersey, for more than eighteen years. This tenure allowed him to acquire invaluable insight and proficiency across several diverse areas of law. Having represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants, John possesses a unique ability to analyze, negotiate, and effectively resolve contentious disputes on behalf of his clients.
