Jack Mosby began his legal career in private practice at RME&D after graduating from Gonzaga University, School of Law. During law school, Jack spent 7 months externing at the Kootenai County Prosecuting attorney’s office. Prior to law school, Jack served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps. Jack’s practice areas include real estate and business litigation and transactions, commercial disputes, contracts drafting, and general business representation.
