As the founding partner of Ramsden, Marfice, Ealy & De Smet, LLP, Michael Ramsden has extensive experience in civil litigation, medical and professional malpractice defense, product liability defense, insurance law, personal injury defense, employment law, commercial and business litigation, and governmental tort and civil rights litigation. After over forty years of experience in trial and appellate law in state and federal courts, in both Idaho and Washington, Mike transitioned in 2021 to “Of Counsel” in anticipation of his well earned retirement, but he continues to provide invaluable mentoring and guidance to all of the lawyers at RME&D.
