Jacob R. Conners

About Jacob

Mr. Conners has been a litigator since beginning his legal career. Prior to joining SMBP, Jacob was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Hamilton County where he prosecuted child dependency, neglect, and abuse cases. Jacob has experience in representing government agencies, insurance defense, torts, and family law. Prior to his work as a prosecutor, Jacob clerked for an insurance defense firm in Cincinnati, externed with the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, and interned with the University of Cincinnati Athletic Compliance Department. Jacob was born and raised in Cincinnati. He is a graduate of Elder High School where he was a state placer and Academic All-Ohio selection in wrestling. He went on to wrestle at the Division I level for Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA before attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law. In law school, he was a recipient of the William S. Richardson Champion for Public Service award, a Teaching Assistant in Torts, and the Publications Editor for the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal. Jacob lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Katie.
