Jake McDaniel is a personal injury attorney at Richard Schwartz & Associates Injury Lawyers, P.A., focusing on personal injury and premises liability cases. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi in 2015 with a concentration in global economics, business, European studies, and the French language. He earned his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 2020, passing the Mississippi Bar Examination two months later. He is licensed to practice in all Mississippi state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts within the state. He joined Richard Schwartz & Associates in January 2021 and has recovered millions for clients. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Mississippi Association for Justice (MAJ), and the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar Association.
