James A. Wells is a litigation partner and chair of the firm’s Wage and Hour Practice Group. He practices general litigation and represents plaintiffs in class action cases under FLSA and ERISA. He has close to 25 years of experience litigating cases in State and Federal Courts, including representing workers in wage and overtime class actions. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at prominent Philadelphia-area Plaintiffs’ firms and served as an Assistant Public Defender.
