He is a trusted advisor and effective litigator, having successfully litigated numerous disputes. Prior to joining Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, James served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen Schreier in United States District Court for the District of South Dakota, gaining unique insight into litigation and trial strategy.
