About James

James J. “Jimmy” Binns is Special Counsel at The Beasley Firm. He is known for founding the Hero Plaque program and Holiday Meals For Heroes program for fallen police officers and firefighters, and is President and CEO of the Hero Thrill Show. He has successfully handled numerous major cases and is licensed to practice in 20 states, including admission to Federal Courts in those states, the U.S. District Court for Puerto Rico, Circuit Courts of Appeals in all Eleven Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is certified as an instructor of Highway Patrol Motorcycle Police Officers and serves as Deputy Chief of the Darby Township Police Department. He speaks French, Italian, and Spanish.
