James J. Madden, Of Counsel, was the Founding Partner of the firm. He served with the First Armored Division as a First Lieutenant and completed a judicial clerkship. His practice has been primarily in civil litigation defense of commercial claims, and he has handled bankruptcy matters, title litigation, and land use matters. He also served as counsel to Healthcare Quality Strategies, Inc.
