Michael P. Madden, Of Counsel, was an original Partner of Madden & Madden. He is the former prosecutor for the Borough of Collingswood and presently the Solicitor for the Borough of Collingswood Planning Board. He served as Municipal Court Judge for the Borough of Lindenwold and Pine Valley. Mr. Madden is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. His practice is primarily in civil litigation defense, including insurance coverage, employment discrimination, and governmental entities/employees in Civil Rights and Section 1983 claims. He is a Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator.
