About Jan
Jan Marin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and focuses her practice on professional negligence, with a special interest in medical malpractice and birth injury. She is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) and is actively involved in various OTLA committees. Jan also volunteers with Pro-Bono Ontario and the Canadian Premature Babies Foundation, bringing her legal expertise to support families and children.
