About Michael
Michael McVey joined Weir Bowen LLP in 2012, specializing in civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice claims, including birth injury cases. He represents clients against large organizations, ensuring fair compensation, and has appeared in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Michael is a member of BILA and Weir Bowen’s medical malpractice groups, and is on the Board of Directors for the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association (ACTLA). He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2013 and the Law Society of the Northwest Territories in 2019.
