Jason Gless is a trial attorney with over 20 years’ experience in complex litigation, having litigated over 600 cases to resolution. He is nationally recognized for his expertise in construction and real estate, chemical exposure, employment, directors and officers, commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and professional liability matters. He regularly represents builders, owners, and design professionals in complex construction law matters. Jason also serves as general counsel for a major California corporation, providing guidance on employment and transactional matters. He is a member of the State Bars of California and Nevada and the American Bar Association, and a panel mediator for the Riverside County court sponsored mediation program.
