Jason P. Sultzer is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and founding partner of Sultzer & Lipari, PLLC. He has 28 years of experience in high-profile class actions, mass torts, business disputes, personal injury, product liability, sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, and intellectual property. He has been appointed lead counsel in numerous class action lawsuits, recovering millions of dollars and obtaining injunctive relief. He is an author and lecturer on class action lawsuits and has been quoted in national publications. He holds the Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, was named 'Mass Tort Lawyer of the Year' by American Law Media, recognized as a Super Lawyer for ten years, and selected for Lawdragon's list of 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers for multiple years. He was also featured on the front cover of the Wall Street Journal’s Legal Leader’s magazine in 2014 and 2015. He is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) and a member of the LCA’s Trial Law and Diversity Institute and its Honorary Order of Juris. Prior to founding Sultzer & Lipari, he was the youngest equity partner at a large law firm and in-house counsel for Owens Corning, defending asbestos lawsuits.
