Scott Silberfein has over 25 years of experience in high-stakes, complex litigation, including class and collective actions involving fraud, breach of contract, RICO violations, and consumer protection laws. He also handles breach of fiduciary duty, partnership actions, trusts and estates litigation, and professional liability claims. He has represented companies in investigations by Attorneys General. Prior to Sultzer & Lipari, he worked at Elman Freiberg PLLC, Moses & Singer LLP, Hodgson Russ LLP, and Wilson Elser. He has served on various boards and worked in legislative offices before law school.
