Jeffrey D. Eisenberg left corporate litigation nearly 30 years ago to advocate for injured people and their families. He has obtained significant recoveries for plaintiffs and has won over 90% of cases litigated, including a precedent-setting $16 million jury verdict. He specializes in large and complex personal injury, product liability, insurance bad faith, and professional malpractice. Jeff has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Utah’s S. J. Quinney College of Law and is involved with several public interest organizations. He is the recipient of numerous legal awards.
