Jeffrey W. Kennedy graduated Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Western New England School of Law in 1994. He is a member of the United States District Court, District of Connecticut; Hawaii Supreme Court; United States District Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, District of Hawaii; United States Tax Court; American Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association. He was admitted to practice in 1994 and his current concentration is in civil litigation insurance defense; product liability; defamation and appellate practice. Attorney Kennedy has arbitrated numerous liability and underinsured/uninsured motorist claims.
