Jennifer Hoffman is a seasoned trial attorney based in the Philadelphia office. Jennifer focuses her practice on complex civil litigation involving Federal Employer Liability Act (FELA) claims, product liability, mass and toxic torts, and general negligence. Prior to joining Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP, Jennifer was an Associate at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm and had previously spent fourteen years as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia where she prosecuted violent felony crimes. Jennifer has extensive trial experience and has successfully litigated thousands of cases throughout her career.
