About Joseph

Mr. Cappelli is a senior partner of the firm and is a nationally recognized trial attorney with over twenty years of litigation experience. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of victims of mesothelioma and their families and has successfully litigated and settled hundreds of claims throughout the United States on behalf of people injured by the negligence of others. In addition to his representation of traumatically injured people, Mr. Cappelli has been instrumental in identifying work place hazards in the rail industry involving exposure to asbestos, chemicals, dangerous noise levels and exposure to non-ergonomic equipment. By identifying the hazards, he was able to obtain substantial compensation for those workers adversely affected by the hazards.
