Jeremy K. Hamby is an attorney in Muskogee and a founding partner at Hammons Hamby & Price. He represents clients in family law matters. An enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Mr. Hamby served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Cherokee Nation prior to founding our firm. Prior to law school, Jeremy worked for the Cherokee Nation Indian Child Welfare. His time working in child welfare is what influenced him to become an attorney so he could better serve his tribe. Mr. Hamby serves as criminal public defender in Cherokee Nation. Mr. Hamby is the Cherokee County Juvenile Deprived counsel. He presides as the Municipal Judge in Gore. Mr. Hamby assists clients in Cherokee, Muscogee (Creek), and Keetowah Nations District Court. Muskogee and Cherokee County District Courts. Other jurisdictions on a case by case basis.
