Matthew R. Price is an attorney in Muskogee and a founding partner at Hammons Hamby & Price. He represents clients in criminal defense. After attending law school, Mr. Price joined the law firm of Matthew Neill Davis, PLLC in Enid, Oklahoma, where he handled criminal defense and family law matters. Mr. Price returned to Muskogee in 2016 to serve as an Assistant District Attorney for Muskogee County where he served until founding our firm. While at the District Attorney's Office, he focused on prosecuting both felony and misdemeanor domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking cases. Mr. Price serves as a criminal public defender for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System in Muskogee, McIntosh, and Sequoyah counties. Mr. Price is the Involuntary Commitment Counsel and Public Guardian Counsel in Muskogee County. Mr. Price represents the Towns of Warner, Gore, and Webbers Falls and legal counsel for the Checotah Planning and Zoning Committee. Mr. Price assists clients in Muskogee, Sequoyah, and McIntosh County District Courts. Other jurisdictions on a case by case basis.
