About Jerry

Jerry Ware, born in Pensacola, Florida, graduated from Ball High School, earned a BBA in Finance from North Texas State University, and served as an officer in the Marine Corps. After military service and working as a financial auditor, he earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1974. He began his legal career representing individuals with personal injuries, served as Assistant City Attorney of Denton, and headed the negligence section of Windle Turley, P.C. He has practiced as a sole principal and is now Of Counsel to Lovins Law, specializing in probate, estate planning, real estate, insurance, business transactions, personal injury, wrongful death, and litigation. He was Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from 1982-1997 and is a licensed Customs Broker since 1997.
