About Pete

Pete Trosclair is a founding member of Lovins Law, motivated by personal experience with a drunk driving accident that injured his mother and a workplace injury that disabled his father. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, he earned his B.A. from the University of California San Diego in 1998 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2001. He began his legal career in complex commercial litigation at a large firm before focusing on helping individuals with catastrophic personal injuries and fighting insurance companies. He co-founded Lovins Law with Michael Lovins in 2010.
