Jim Turner

About Jim

Jim Turner is a managing partner of Furia and Turner LLC. His practice areas include personal injury, workers' compensation, and products liability. He has a double major in both economics and business management. He received his undergraduate degrees from Widener University in 1979, where he was the recipient of the Widener University College Prize-1979. He attended New England School of Law in Boston, MA, and received his J.D. in 1983. After attending law school, he was immediately admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Jim has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1994 and is listed with Furia and Turner LLC as a "Preeminent Lawyer." Jim is also a member of the "Million Dollar Advocates Forum". He also served as the lead cite copy editor for Wigmore on Evidence - considered in the legal community as the book on evidence - Tillers revision vol.1A 1981-1983. Jim resides in Chester County, PA, with his family and is actively involved with civic associations and youth baseball leagues.
