About Joanna

Joanna Fox has spent her career litigating and successfully resolving some of the largest mass tort, wrongful death, and personal injury cases of the past two decades. Since 2017, Joanna has facilitated more than $850 million in settlements for Fox Law’s mass tort clients. She has been selected by her peers as a Rising Star Super Lawyer and named to America’s “Best Lawyers” each year since 2018. In 2023, Joanna was selected as a National Rising Star of the Plaintiffs’ Bar by the National Law Journal and Law.com. Joanna is also dedicated to pro bono work and community involvement. She has received five Wiley W. Manuel Awards for pro bono service from the California State Bar and is the President-Elect of Board of Directors for The Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Before joining Fox Law, Joanna was an attorney at top international law firm Morrison & Foerster, where she specialized in large scale product liability and aviation disaster cases.
