About Lindsey

Lindsey Trotter is a transportation attorney assisting clients in contract negotiations, corporate compliance, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Lindsey helps clients with the initial start up of transportation companies, including corporate formation and Department of Transportation Compliance. With a background in real estate law, Lindsey also advises clients on commercial lease agreements and warehousing agreements. Lindsey was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida and majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish. After graduation, she decided to trade one beach for another and obtain her Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. At the Charleston School of Law, she was a merit scholarship recipient, CALI Award Winner, served as Social Chair on the Student Bar Association, and was an active member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Lindsey moved to Greenville in 2017 to join a real estate practice and from there her experience in transactional law and business governance began to develop.
