For the U.S. immigration law, he specializes in petitioning for permanent Residency for professionals with advanced degrees; in various nonimmigrant visas including B-1/B-2, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and J-1 and Consular Processing procedures for clients outside the United States; and also in Waiver Against Inadmissibility. Mr. Lee has assisted numerous clients with their Consular Processing procedures at the U.S. consulate posts in Korea, Japan, Australia and Vietnam.
