About Roy

Roy H. Mossi, Esq., graduated with honors from Rutgers University. He studied law at the University of Miami School of Law where he was inducted into the Society of Bar and Gavel, the highest honor bestowed by the University. Following graduation, his practice concentrated on the defense of negligence and product liability claims, including representation of a number of Fortune 500 companies. In 1987, Mr. Mossi returned to New Jersey and began representing accident victims and their families as a senior trial attorney. With over thirty years of experience and bar admissions in New Jersey, New York and Florida, Mr. Mossi is best known for his successful prosecution of Magnifico v. Rutgers Casualty Insurance Co., a landmark auto insurance case that he argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey. His expertise lies in premises liability, products liability, insurance defense, personal injury, and automobile negligence, as well as in an array of corporate law matters. Mr. Mossi has applied his in-depth knowledge of corporate legal processes to multiple cases and has helped anticipate and safeguard clients from a number of related legal risks and issues. By providing guidance on everything from compliance issues to contracts and company policies to negotiations, he is able to help position corporate clients of all sizes strategically and enable them to smoothly navigate complex legal hurdles. A skillful litigator, Mr. Mossi was also profiled in the Verdicts Search of New Jersey for winning a substantial jury award in 2010. He is affiliated with a number of professional organizations including the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Bergen County Bar Association where he participates as a member of the Civil Practice Committee.
