Bauman, P.J.Cr. before serving four years as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, representing the State of New Jersey in cases involving criminal charges including those related to homicide, domestic violence, aggravated assault, weapons possession, narcotics distribution and robbery. While an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Petillo tried and obtained guilty verdicts in several cases, including a murder trial that was featured on ABC Network’s 20/20 program. Upon departing from the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Petillo went on to work for a nationally recognized law firm working on high value medical malpractice cases in courts across the country.
