About John

A native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, John Zurich began working at McQuaide Blasko in 2016, where he devotes his practice to working with colleagues in the Business and Real Estate Practice Group, as well as the Estate Planning Practice Group. As a member of the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Group, John assists clients with a variety of legal needs, including the buying and selling of businesses, company formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial business loans, the review and drafting of commercial real estate leases, and a variety of business contracts. Since being admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1993, he has represented many entrepreneurs, real estate developers and local businesses. As a licensed title insurance agent, he also handles residential and commercial real estate closings. Although the vast majority of John’s practice is devoted to transactional matters, he has also worked over the years as co-counsel with civil litigation attorneys in handling a variety of business lawsuits.
