About Jordan

Jordan is the Chief Operating Officer at Portner & Shure and is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Kentucky. He oversees the firm’s operations, strategic growth, and business development initiatives. He earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. He also worked in private equity, investing over $1 billion, and as an investment banking analyst specializing in aerospace and defense mergers & acquisitions. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, where he captained the varsity men’s tennis team.
