About Josh

The son of a public adjuster and certified forensic accountant, Josh brings a unique, insider perspective to insurance and commercial law. With nine years of experience as a public insurance adjuster, he has built a reputation for aggressively representing policyholders and negotiating optimal insurance settlements. A graduate of Seton Hall Law School in Newark, NJ - where he was awarded the Distinguished Weekend Scholar Scholarship - he clerked for Lerner, Arnold & Winston LLP before moving into corporate legal practice. Since then, he has helped facilitate multi-million dollar transactions and advised business owners across a wide spectrum of commercial matters. Josh returned to Lerner, Arnold & Winston LLP in 2025, and draws on his deep roots in the insurance industry to advocate for clients with a hands-on approach, ensuring they receive the fair and full outcomes they deserve. Outside the office, Josh is an avid New York Rangers fan and a proud father of two. He stays active in his community by coaching his sons’ hockey, baseball, and soccer teams - instilling the same values of discipline, teamwork, and persistence that he brings to his legal practice.
