About Judson

A native Floridian, Mr. Cohen was raised in Miami and has spent his entire professional career practicing law and helping individuals and families across South Florida. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Cohen joined his father Allan Cohen, the renowned trial lawyer, shortly after graduation and continues to leverage his experience as a second-generation Florida personal injury attorney to obtain multi-million dollar results on behalf of clients that have suffered catastrophic injury. Mr. Cohen currently serves as the founding partner of Weinstein & Cohen and oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations. He is the former chair of the Florida Bar’s Committee on Judicial Administration and certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial specialist.
