Before representing accident victims and their families who needlessly suffer injury or the death of a loved one due to the carelessness of others, Mr. Weinstein defended corporations, insurers, landowners, doctors and hospitals in New York City at one of the nation’s largest firms. Today, Mr. Weinstein uses this invaluable knowledge of how things work “behind the scenes” in his aggressive representation of Florida accident victims of auto crashes, product defects, trip and falls, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect, from the moment a client walks in the door through the amicable resolution or trial of the case. Mr. Weinstein serves as a founding member of Weinstein & Cohen and is responsible for setting the development and growth of the firm.
