About Julissa
Julissa Pedraza is a personal injury attorney at De Castroverde Law Group, born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Mexican-American, she is fluent in English and Spanish. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2020. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2024, graduating with Pro Bono Honors. During law school, Julissa was active in organizations like La Voz, the Latino Law Student Association, and the Immigrant Rights Coalition. She also received two CALI awards for top grades in Immigration Law and Lawyering Process III. Julissa joined the firm as a law clerk in 2023 and continues her work as an attorney. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
