Justin Stalpes is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and partner at the firm, known for delivering results in complex civil litigation. He’s helped clients recover tens of millions of dollars in cases involving catastrophic injuries, corporate misconduct, environmental harm, and insurance disputes. Justin has tried and won high-stakes cases, including a $15 million jury verdict for a carbon monoxide poisoning victim, and successfully argued appeals before the Montana Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Justin graduated with High Honors from the University of Montana in 2009, after which he joined the firm.
