About Justin

Attorney Justin Pierce has significant experience in a wide range of legal matters, including family law, estate planning, trust administration, probate, and real estate law. Justin currently focuses his practice primarily on setting up comprehensive estate plans for families of all means, probating both simple and complicated estates across Colorado, and drafting and negotiating marital agreements. Justin has represented both individuals and business entities in transactional and litigation-based matters. With his strong legal research and writing skills, coupled with his experiences gained through extensive courtroom advocacy, Justin is ready and willing to attain the results his clients desire. Justin is a methodical negotiator willing to craft creative solutions for clients across multiple areas of law. While Justin appreciates the use of a courtroom to solve problems, he firmly believes that properly advised planning and good-faith negotiations can avoid the unnecessary cost of the courtroom. When Justin is not at the office, you can find him riding his motorcycle or hiking with his wife, Olivia. Justin also has two cats that enjoy sitting on his lap while he works.
