About Justin
Our founding attorney, Justin Ross, focuses his practice primarily on litigation-based matters, including all areas of family law and personal injury. Justin also has extensive experience in criminal defense and dependency and neglect matters, including numerous jury trials for cases ranging from misdemeanors to felony homicides. Justin is a passionate, tireless advocate who analyzes each of his cases in order to develop successful, individualized strategies for each client. Justin’s reputation in the community is evidenced by his many excellent client and peer reviews, including being named a Colorado Super Lawyer, a Colorado Super Lawyer Rising Star for five consecutive years, an AV-Preeminent (highest possible) peer rating, and a 10.0 Superb Avvo peer rating. Justin is frequently requested to serve as a mediator in hundreds of family law cases, and he has frequently been requested to present to his peers by various professional organizations, including the Colorado Bar Association and the First Judicial District Bar Association. Justin served on the First Judicial District Bar Association Board of Trustees from 2013 to 2017 and the First Judicial District Bar Association Board of Governors from 2017 to 2019. Justin served as the President of the First Judicial District Association Board of Trustees from 2016 to 2017.
